Icicle Junction Family Fun Center – Fun games in their activity center

Smallwood’s Harvest – 9am-5pm Petting Farm/Maze along with all of their kids games

Fish Hatchery Visitor Center – 8am-4pm (no babies in indoor nursery right now) however, the pens outside are available for viewing with the salmon that will be released in 3-4 weeks and other species.

Horse Drawn Carriage Rides – located at the Mai Pole on Front Street (reservations recommended)- $30 for 2 people $5 additional people

Sleeping Lady Art Walk – 2.5 miles up Icicle Road – self guided art walk tour

Bird watching– Lots of opportunities to get out and see some local species!

Art in the Park– Opens on May 5th!


Rafting/Water Activities

Blue Sky Outfitters – Call to book a trip or book online.

Orion Expeditions – Reservations are available via phone or online.

Osprey Rafting –Offer variety of trips for all ages daily. Plenty of Leavenworth parking at Osprey: corner of Hwy 2 & Icicle Rd

Alpine Adventures –Running 7 days a week, minimum of 3 people, call or book online.

River Riders – OPEN 7 days a week – min of 4 people required

Wildwater River Guides – Daily trips at 11am – call for details on where the trips will be running.



Arlberg Sports Haus – bike rentals open– 10am-6pm Monday – Saturday & 10am-4pm Sunday

Bike Pump Park & Track –down at Enchantment Park is OPEN

Der Sportsmann – Bike rentals open 7 days a week.



Leavenworth Golf Course – Open 7 days a week.

Enzian Inn –Championship putting course, check out the goats!

Leavenworth Mountain Sports – is renting climbing shoes & crash pads and water activity boards.

Lots of bouldering up Icicle, climbing at Castle Rock up Tumwater (Granite), Peshastin Pinnacles (Sandstone) – this is a state park so a Discover Pass is needed.



Nutcracker Museum– Open 1pm-5pm

Upper Valley Museum– Thursday-Sunday 10am-4pm, Sunday 11am-3pm


Trails for Hiking

Waterfront Park/Blackbird Island/Enchantment Park –are all snow free and trails looking good

Icicle Ridge – Great views and clear up to the first saddle (3 miles up)

Icicle Gorge Trail – open for hiking

Hatchery Trails by Sleeping Lady – open for hiking

Ski Hill– trail open for walking/hiking

Icicle Road –OPEN!

Peshastin Pinnacles – Pinnacles State Park – Discover Pass required

Sauer Mountain – Open and clear, wildflowers are in bloom.

Colchuck Lake – The road is still closed but you can park alongside the road and hike in. The road is snow-free until about the Eightmile trailhead (3 miles in). The trail may be mostly snow/ice covered to the lake.
