Join us for a beautiful evening of slowing down & allowing for deep listening. We will be practicing slow restorative yoga. In Restorative yoga, your body will be supported by blocks, bolsters, and blankets. So, get cozy, stay awhile, and sink into the tunes of cello, played by Hans Hessburg.
