ICCA is thrilled to welcome Danzas Multiculturales, a traditional Mexican folklórico company based in Wenatchee, to the Snowy Owl Theater for a special dance concert commemorating el Día de Muertos, or The Day of the Dead. This will be an evening of high energy, visually spectacular dance celebrating this beautiful holiday – a time when the living remember and honor the family and friends who have passed away or gone on ahead. Authentic traditional dress and makeup contribute to the exciting choreography, making this an evening that all ages will remember! Danzas Multiculturales is an exciting local dance company that specializes in traditional folk dances from across Mexico, and has performed extensively across central Washington, including at Fiestas Mexicanas and other events in Wenatchee. The company is led by Norma Ramirez, an accomplished local dancer and choreographer, and is made up of dancers from Chelan and Douglas Counties. At Snowy Owl Theater
