First Bite Wine Walk

New this year, the culinary team that is Chef Erik Cannella and Adrianne Dow Young of Cannella Kitchen have designed a roving garden party that will take you through six tasting soirees dotted across the Icicle Creek campus. At each stop you’ll be treated to delectable tasters matched perfectly with a locally-produced wine.
Tasting Stations: Each participating winery will host its own tasting soiree at easy-to-reach locations across the Icicle Creek campus. Chef Cannella has scoured the local foodscapes to bring you delectable bites that will help you learn what makes a food and wine pairing truly work.
Music as you move: Enjoy strains of classical music wafting through the trees as you stroll the grounds, provided by students and faculty from the Icicle Creek Youth Symphony.
About Cannella Kitchen: Chef Erik Cannella and Adrianne Dow Young have been a culinary team (and now a family) since 2006. Chef Cannella’s recipes have been featured in The New York Times and Bon Appetit. Adrianna, a food writer and accomplished cook, started cooking professionally in 2007. Together they seek to create seasonally-driven happy food moments.
