This training focuses on the shapes and movements and mindfulness practices that will support your body during the time and transitions of Winter. We’ll find and embody relaxation “from the inside out” by bringing together the influences of Chinese Medicine, yin and restorative yoga, meditation and breath work, and yoga Nidra.
Three days of training November 1st -3rd: Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm
