Indigenous Enterprise was founded in 2015 with the intent of celebrating the dancers’ heritage, educating audiences about Native American culture, and dispelling stereotypes about Native people. Audience goers should expect to see selections of competitive and traditional powwow dances accompanied by artful contextualization about each dance’s significance and origins.
