Yin Restorative Workshop

Yin/Restore is a perfect combination of 2 relaxing yet energizing forms of yoga together. Yin Yoga is a subtle, nourishing yoga that targets our connective tissues by holding poses anywhere from 1-5 minutes, in breath and stillness. Restorative Yoga practice is a deeply relaxing style of yoga that encourages our bodies and mind to slow down and open through passive stretching with the use of bolsters, blankets and blocks.
