Event Submission Guidelines--
The Leavenworth Event Calendar is one of the most popular pages on our site. To keep it useful for visitors and easy to navigate, we’ve added filters and updated our criteria for event listings. Please review these guidelines before submitting. **After staff review, events are typically posted within 7–10 days**
What Qualifies as an Event
- Tourism-Focused
Events must appeal to visitors from 50+ miles away. Resident-only activities will not be approved. - Entertainment or Recreation-Based
Events should entertain or engage for 2+ hours—examples include concerts, theater, movies, games, live music, festivals, classes, and demonstrations. - Unique or Special Programming
Events must be distinct from daily business operations. Regular offerings may be listed under a special category. - Limited Duration
Events must be time-specific: a few hours in a day or up to one week. Ongoing, daily, or continuous business activities do not qualify. - Event Location
Events must take place in the Cascade or Cashmere School District.
If You Have a Sales Promotion

- Discounts, coupons, contests, and in-store specials aren’t included on the main Event Calendar. Please complete the same submission form as for the events, and we’ll be happy to feature your listing on our dedicated Promotional Calendar to ensure it receives proper visibility.
