Work on the Christmas lights in the park trees is expected to begin later today so we can fully light the park over the next day or so. All Christmastown activities will resume as scheduled this week through Christmas Eve.
Each winter, Leavenworth glows with over half a million lights from 6 AM–11 PM daily, Thanksgiving through February. Free to enjoy, this Bavarian snow-globe scene is magical anytime—though January and February offer quieter, snow-dusted strolls.

At the heart of Christmastown, the downtown Gazebo bursts with holiday magic. Under a canopy of more than half a million twinkling lights, enjoy free live music, strolling carolers, and cheerful performances throughout the season. Santa, Mrs. Claus, and a cast of beloved Christmas characters mingle with visitors, spreading joy and posing for photos. With music in the air, lights all around, and festive spirit at every turn, the Gazebo is where the magic of Leavenworth truly shines.
