Admission Tickets

TICKETS GO ON SALE JULY 1st at 12:01AM! (MIDNIGHT)

  • We are the only official ticket provider for Oktoberfest in Leavenworth. Please be cautious of third-party resellers—avoid scams by purchasing directly from us through our vendor See Tickets.
  • Your Oktoberfest ticket includes admission to both of our main event locations: the Festhalle and Front Street Park, downtown is open and free to explore.
  • While we do reserve some tickets for same-day sales, the line can get long right at opening. To save time and start celebrating sooner, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.
  • Pre-purchased ticket holders can head straight to the security entrance upon arrival—no waiting in the ticket line!

STANDARD ADMISSION COST:

  • Friday Admission- $15.00
  • Saturday Admission- $30.00
  • Weekend Pass- $40.00 (save money when you buy the weekend pass!)

VIP ADMISSION COST:

  • Table for 6- $1600.00 Includes 6 admission tickets, plus a stein and hat pin for each person. (see more information below)

Tickets prices do not include SeeTickets service fee. Kids 12 and under free.

KINDERPLATZ COST:

  • Entry is free this year, some carnival games and rides will have a fee.

OKTOBERFEST VENUE HOURS:

  • Fridays- 6pm-Midnight
  • Saturdays- Noon-Midnight
  • Box office opens at 5:30pm on Fridays and 11:30am on Saturdays for day of tickets
  • **Front Street Park Tent closes at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

*Kids are welcome in the Kinderplatz and Festhalle venues until 9pm. No entry or re-entry into venues after 10pm.**

VIP Table Experience @ the Festhalle

  • Tables available exclusively on Saturdays from Noon to Midnight – make your weekend unforgettable!
  • Enjoy personalized service with dedicated servers for drinks in our VIP Area – no beer lines!
  • Prime location in the Festhalle with a great view of the main stage – you won’t miss a thing!
  • Each table accommodates up to 6 guests – perfect for your crew.
  • Your reserved table is yours for the day – come and go as you please without losing your spot!
  • Each guest receives a commemorative stein and hat pin – a keepsake to remember the day!

Performers & Entertainment Schedule

This year’s Oktoberfest lineup is packed with talent! S-Bahn returns for all three weekends, joined by West Coast Prost, German yodeler Michael Stoessl, and Austria’s Die Jungen Weststeirer.

Fan favorites like Manuela Horn, European Takeout, and the Aqua-Nets are also back, along with traditional acts including The Smilin’ Scandinavians, Ted Lunka Polka Band, AlpenFolk, and the Enzian Schuhplattler Dancers.

Oktoberfest Venues

With three stages, there’s something for everyone—from traditional Bavarian music to high-energy cover bands. The Gazebo Stage at Front Street Park features classic Bavarian tunes, the Bierzelt Tent brings a lively mix of contemporary covers, and the Festhalle hosts everything from traditional dancers to evening bands blending old and new favorites.

Connecting it all is our outdoor street fair, filled with food, retail vendors, and beer taps—perfect for strolling, sipping, and soaking in the festive vibe!

Leavenworth’s craft beer scene continues to impress, and this year’s Oktoberfest features an unbeatable selection of brews! Local legends Icicle Brewing, Blewett Brewing, and Doghaus Brewery have once again teamed up to create a special Festbier for the celebration.

But that’s just the beginning—we’re pouring our largest lineup ever of imported German beers, including favorites like Paulaner, Weihenstephaner, Ayinger, Hofbräu, Spaten, and more.

Not a beer drinker? We’ve got you covered! We’ve expanded our cider selection, featuring crisp, refreshing ciders from right here in Washington, alongside a variety of local and Washington wines, wine cocktails, and hard kombucha. Whatever your taste, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Kinderplatz: Big Fun for Little Festgoers

Step into the excitement at Kinderplatz—15,000 square feet of all-ages adventure!

Soar above the festival on our 62-foot Ferris wheel, take a whirl on the carousel, try your luck at classic carnival games, cool down in the root beer garden, get festive with face painting, and discover even more surprises around every corner.

Admission is free and open to all—no festival ticket required!

Please note: Some activities and treats, including carnival games and root beer floats, may require a small fee.

Stein Hoists & Shenanigans

Oktoberfest is packed with fun contests and games throughout the day! Test your strength in the stein holding competition, with brackets for men, women, and 55+. Show off your grooming skills in the Mustache Showdown, strut your stuff in the costume contest (solo, duo, or group), and grab a partner for the hilarious pretzel toss. Plus, enjoy classic adult yard games around the grounds. Check the program for times and be ready to join in when the emcee calls!

Festive Traditions: Keg Tapping & Festzug

Each Saturday of Oktoberfest kicks off with our traditional Festzug parade through town. Locals and visitors don their Bavarian best and join Alphorn players and lively performers to launch the day’s festivities in true Oktoberfest style.

The celebration continues with a keg tapping—2:00 PM at Front Street Park. Prost!

Grab a Bite!

Brats, German sandwiches, kraut, pretzels, handmade corndogs and donuts and more! Many yummy tastes and smells of Oktoberfest can be found this year at the event.

All around town, you find plenty of German options and so much more like Pub style, Italian, Farm to Table, Mexican to name a few, your taste buds will thank you!

Shuttle Service

Free shuttles will run in Leavenworth on all Fridays and Saturdays of Oktoberfest (Oct 4–5, 11–12, 18–19), starting one hour before opening and ending at 12:15 AM.

Routes cover Icicle Road, Sleeping Lady, Safeway (Park & Ride), Ski Hill Drive, and more—just wave to signal a stop.

**For those coming from Wenatchee, there is a shuttle for $40.00/person round trip through Wenatchee Valley Shuttle on the Saturdays of Oktoberfest (4th, 11th, 18th). More info to book, can be found on their website or call (509) 293-5773.
