Boss Panini: This hearty panini is loaded with smoked turkey, bacon swiss chess and a sweet hot mustard served on Tumwater sourdough.

Schnitzel Cordon Bleu: This menu favorite has been described as “better than in Germany.” Come see for yourself!

Reuben Sandwich! A Baren Haus specialty: Seasoned and marinated corned beef on top of our Haus made rye bread, Baren Haus sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and Swiss cheese.

The Le Royale Burger: This is our “Cadillac of Burgers.” Our burgers are one of a kind with a 1/2lb 100% American Kobe Beef patty, buns made locally by Bosket Bread and this little gem is topped with melted Brie cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions, white truffle aioli, and balsamic glaze. Add lumped crab and blue cheese for an extra special treat!

Giant Glazed Cinnamon Roll: The Gingerbread Factory is packed full of good things! Our friendly staff embody our motto “The Little Bakery With the Big Heart.” And we don’t just have gingerbread! A customer favorite is the giant glazed cinnamon roll, which pairs perfectly with our delicious espresso drinks. We can’t wait to serve you!

Single Heli Burger: Heidleburger’s signature burger was named after some firefighters who were in town back in the 70’s and called it a Helicopter Burger which was later shortened to a ‘Single Heli’. This is a Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger that comes with their famous onion rings, house made fry sauce, and a strawberry milkshake, all of which Heidleburger says are the best around!

Fresh Fruit Pies: Homefires is known for their fruit pies, made daily with fresh, seasonal fruits including marionberry and apple.

Clam Chowder: This recipe, originally created in Seattle by Icicle Village Resort’s director of operations, was a five-time winner in the Seattle Waterfront Maritime Festival Chowder Competition. Some of the not-so-secret ingredients are Quileute razor clams, lobster stock, and Andouille sausage. It is one of their top sellers and goes great with their Dijon and Asiago Crusted Chicken Caesar.

Locally Cured Sausages: Check out one of the many hand-made sausages like the chicken apple sage or the currywurst and don’t forget the sour kraut! All sausages are made right here in town at Cured by Visconti’s.

Veggie Melt: All the veggies…zucchini, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, arugula, spinach, cucumber, and basil pesto. Topped with Havarti cheese and pressed to melted perfection on sourdough bread.

Huckleberry and Rainier Cherry Mules: Keeping it PNW! Made with 44 North Vodka (Boise Idaho), fresh lime juice and Bedfords Ginger Beer (Port Angeles, Washington).

Schweinshax’n (Pork Hock): It is said that Ludwig’s Gasthaus prepares more of these German Specialties than any other restaurant West of Chicago. They are prepared “Bavarian” style and most days you will see them rotissering in their kitchen window. The dish is served with warm Bavarian Potato Salad, Sauerkraut and Red Cabbage.

The Empress: This specialty cocktail is created with 1908 Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice and tonic water. Perfectly refreshing on a sunny Spring day!

Haus Made Vegan Soup: Hearty red lentils, cauliflower and peppers in a sweet carrot broth, balanced with a bit of spice and made entirely from scratch! In our continued efforts to support sustainability, the scraps from this recipe make their way home with local families to feed their chickens.

BBQ Sandwich: The BBQ brisket is smoked Texas style, topped with veggie slaw and crispy onions on a roll made from the Bavarian Bakery. Enjoy this tender sandwich with an espresso and a maple bacon donut.

Old World Pub Ribeye: Thick cut PNW Certified Angus seasoned with salt and pepper as well as a butter crust.

The Bear Trap: The unmistakable spicy notes of rye whiskey infused with whole blackberries are complimented by clover honey, lemons and Chambord in this mountain favorite.
