In April, we shine a light on our restaurants not only because we all love food and appreciate their hard work and dedication, but also because it’s been a tough couple of years to be in the service industry and we think we can all agree they deserve the spotlight too!

A collaboration of local businesses, we are always happy to feature our Dirtyface Beer Wurst! Exclusively, and locally made by Glondo’s Sausage Company in Cle Elum with Icicle Brewing Company Dirtyface Amber Ale. Finished in a toasted Bosket Bread bun!

Bone In prime ribeye with scallops and steak tartar. A divine dinner experience.

Bavarian Bakery

Lemon rolls made with a lemon sponge and a lemon whipped cream filling. Only available until Oktoberfest!

Homefires Bakery

We offer two savory croissants - one with turkey, ham, salami and three kinds of cheeses; one with sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, salsa and jalapeño. Make sure to come early, these sell out fast!

La Javalina

The Caulifornian includes cauliflower, lentils, sweet potato, pickled red onion, salsa matcha, and pepita granola. This healthy but hearty dish can be served just like our other menu items as Tacos, as a Wrap, or as a Bowl. You can even get it as Nachos at Happy Hour. For something fresh but filling we think this dish will really hit the spot.
