Costume characters, including Santa Claus, will not appear this weekend, and entertainment at the Gazebo will not appear.
Food vendors will be open in Front Street Park.
Once power returns, we will open the Festhalle, where you can get out of the weather and enjoy free crafts, coloring, a gingerbread house exhibition, photo opportunities, among other activities.

The Fowl Play 5K fun run (or walk) is an event that brings together the community on Thanksgiving morning.
8:30 AM check-in
9:00 AM start
The run starts and ends at the downtown gazebo. The untimed course follows the waterfront park river trail. Costumes, pets, kids in strollers, walkers, and runners of all kinds are welcome… in sun, rain, sleet, or snow.
Proceeds will go to the Cascade High School cross-country team.
