The Leavenworth Mai BlumenLauf (May Flower Run) features a fun family-style 5k to benefit Cascade Medical Foundation, a Two circuit 10k and a Four circuit half marathon – all right through the heart of Leavenworth’s downtown and its riverfront trails.
