These clinics are for all abilities and experience levels who are looking to take their skiing to the next level. We’ll offer a lesson for people who have never practiced the techniques before and offer instruction to skiers with more experience and skills who are ready to learn more. Our 5 hour clinics include a ski-in lunch at Mountain Springs Lodge.

Norwegians Bring Ski Jumping to the PNW & Leavenworth

John Lundin, award-winning author and principal ski historian in Washington State, will be presenting from his fourth book, ‘Ski Jumping in WA State: A Nordic Tradition’. Ski jumping was established by the Norwegians here in Leavenworth in 1928 and eventually International Jumping Contests went on annually through 1978 on what is now known as Bakke Hill.

Donations accepted at the door : Enter Raffle for Day Passes from LWSC and Mission Ridge.

Make Your Own Glass Fusing Workshop at Boulder Bend Glassworks

Boulder Bend Glassworks 8210 US Highway 2, Leavenworth, WA, United States

Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!

The workshop is available 10 am to 3 pm. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.

Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian.

Cooking with chef Joe Fish @ Château Faire Le Pont Winery

Join us for another amazing cooking class with chef Joe Fish.

Couples and non couples, come on down to the winery for a date night and learn to prepare a Filet and Scallop Dinner with Chef Joe Fish. Plump Sea Scallops are pan seared and presented on top of a Green Salad with the Château Faire Le Pont Vinaigrette. Center cut Filet Mignon Steak is sauteed with a Red Wine Reduction Sauce and served with a Garlic Faced Baked Potato and bright Green Broccoli. Chef Joe will assist in demonstrating all of these as the students prepare the same dishes.
