Join us for Sunday morning yoga in the beautiful gardens of the Blue Elk Inn. Class will be taught by local yoga instructor Shalynn Johnston. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
Learn about nature by having fun in this interactive activity with a Park Ranger. Join us at the South Park Amphitheater at 10 a.m. where Park Rangers will put on a fun, interactive, kid-friendly program based on the Junior Ranger Ethos and the natural world we live in. Please arrive 5 minutes early, children must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is free to the public, however, day-use visitors will require a Discover Pass on their vehicle for parking. This event takes place within the South Park. The Amphitheater is located near the Group Camp.

The Bonnie Birch Trio has been performing together for 25 years. Bonnie Birch, a virtuoso accordionist in the Northwest who plays many styles of music including Oktoberfest music, is joined by Nick Heiting (guitar, vocals) born in Munich, Germany who speaks and sings in fluent German, Paul Ostler (tubab) a superb musician with a background of 20 years performing in the Navy band all over the world.

This is a great opportunity to learn about eBird, the largest biodiversity-related community science project in the world, and utilize it to record our observations of local wild birds. Total walking distance is ½ mile, over a gravel path with two moderate hills. Come prepared for the weather. These walks will happen on the second Wednesday of each month for the whole year. Join us for as many as you can!
Trail is wide enough for ADA access, but trails are gravel

Seth Garrido:
A lifelong resident of Washington State, Garrido is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. He studied saxophone at Centralized Washington University and is well versed in many genres from country western to be bop, swing to soul.
The Leavenworth Lions Club will be serving up hot dogs along with your choice of a side in Lions Club Park during the home Swim Meets. All are welcome! Come and join the fun!

Sergio Cuevas:
Sergio studied at Cornish College of the Arts and received a degree in jazz performance while also performing weekly in Seattle on the local jazz scene. After college, Sergio recorded and toured with reggae legends Clinton Fearon and also The Viceroys, touring nationally and internationally. In 2005, he moved back to Leavenworth where he continues to perform just about every night of the week.
