We look forward to spreading holiday cheer this December for our 42nd annual “Christmas in the Mountains” concert series!
We are proud to offer three unique concert performances this season, celebrating “Christmas in the Mountains and Around the World.”  There is truly something for everyone.  We hope you will spend the holidays with us!
  • Sunday, December 15 at 2:00 pm: Our most traditional concert with guest artist Bavarian Brass at Leavenworth’s Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, Snowy Owl Theater.  Join us for a “Hallelujah” chorus sing-along to end the show!  Tickets will be available via the box office.
  • Thursday, December 19 at 7:00 pm at Cascade High School in Leavenworth: A benefit concert for the Cascade School District’s choir programs.  The Cascade High School Choir and Bavarian Brass will join us as guest artists for this worthy cause! Tickets will be available online and at the door.

The Sugarplums are the winners of the Christmas Caroler Challenge, a national singing competition on The CW! 

The Sugarplums have captivated audiences nationwide with their charming choreography, engaging interaction, and harmonies so sweet they may give you a toothache!  Their performances feature all of your holiday music favorites, ranging from beloved classics like “White Christmas” as performed by The Drifters, to upbeat and lively renditions like “Jingle Bells” as performed by The Puppini Sisters and Michael Bublé.

Make Your Own Glass Fusing Workshop @ Boulder Bend Glassworks

Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!

Come to the Boulder Bend Glassworks studio and start your fusing workshop anytime between 10 am to 3 pm. No reservations required. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.

Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian.

For groups of 6 or more, please inquire regarding a private workshop.

Blow Your Own Glass @ Boulder Bend Glassworks

We are excited to announce the launch of our interactive glassblowing experience at Boulder Bend Glassworks. During this workshop you’ll have the opportunity to choose and create your own unique glass piece(s) under the guidance of Craig or Jori. Each participant will enjoy a hands-on experience in the hot shop, witnessing the transformation of molten glass into a stunning work of art.

Book multiple sessions and bring friends or family to share in the fun of glassblowing. We offer this interactive experience most Saturdays, with approximately 60-90 minute sessions for 1-2 participants available throughout the day. The project choices will change every few months with the holidays and seasons.

Prices are $300 per session. Sign up today via our website or in person. Advance reservations highly recommended, but limited walk-ins are welcome on a space availability basis.
