We’ve been doing Maifest right since 1971! This weekend will fill your entertainment card right up with Maipole dancing, Bavarian music, our annual Festzug (or Grand March) where town folk dress in their Bavarian best to welcome you to town and includes the Bernese Mountain dogs, and so much more! We love our Bavarian traditions and this weekend is full of them.

Weekend Schedule Highlights:

Friday

• Noon-6pm: Live Accordion Music at the Gazebo

Saturday

• 11 AM – 6 PM: Live Music, Dancing, and Entertainment at the Gazebo in Front Street Park
• Noon: Festzug Grand March (Parade) featuring town folk in Trachten (traditional Bavarian clothing), the Leavenworth Alphorns, marching bands, local organizations, horse-drawn wagons, dancers, Bernese Mountain dogs, and more!

Sunday

• 9 AM: Mother’s Day 5k Fun Run/Walk
• 11 AM – 4 PM: Live Music, Dancing, and Entertainment at the Gazebo in Front Street Park
