Live Chainsaw Carving for Maifest
Downtown Leavenworth 820 Front Street, Leavenworth, WA, United StatesJoin us on Front Street where professional chainsaw carvers will create large-scale, German-inspired carvings. These renowned carvers, local to the Pacific Northwest, will use a variety of chainsaws and other special tools to create their masterpieces. Between live carving times, they will be selling their other pieces and talking with customers and live music will be playing in the Gazebo.Â

Leavenworth International Alphorn Festival 2025

They will be joined by Alphorn players from throughout North America for a weekend of Alphorn concerts and special performances.

- Alphorn Market: opportunity to purchase horns, mouthpieces and music

There is no charge to visit Leavenworth and see the lights, so plan to visit our beautiful Bavarian Alpine Village – it’s like living inside a magical snow globe!

If you want to see the Christmastown lights with snow and enjoy the town without the large crowds, January or February is a great time to come! The lights are on every day thru the end of February.
