This clinic is designed especially for kids between the ages of 6-12 yrs old. The primary goal is to have fun cross country skiing. Kids learn best at this age through play, games, and skill development.
Event #4 of the Tour de Plain Race Series is held in conjunction with the Washington Nordic Cup. Event #4 will be a 5km course with specified start times based on age category and classic skiing only.

For both beginner and intermediate skate skiers. Beginner skills include working to ski independently on flat terrain, climb hills, and navigate down a hill. Intermediate skiers will review technique fundamentals, explore drills, and address personal goals. Includes a catered lunch and waxing clinic.
