Make Your Own Glass Fusing Workshop @ Boulder Bend Glassworks

Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!
The workshop is available 10am to 3pm. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.
Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require parent or guardian.
Glass is tack fused by Boulder Bend Glassworks at approximately 1,400 degrees F, outside of class leaving a textured appearance. Shipping is available within the US, if unable to pick up in person.
Cost is based on size and shape $50 to $80

Leavenworth Village Voices “Christmas in the Mountains” Concert

LVV is a nonprofit community choir that is passionate about sharing the joy of music with locals and visitors alike. LVV spreads holiday cheer through concerts, caroling, and charitable and private events in the Bavarian Village and throughout Chelan County and the Wenatchee Valley.
- Saturday, December 2 at 7:30 pm, with the Bavarian Brass as our special guest artist
- Sunday, December 10 at 2:00 pm: A benefit concert for Upper Valley MEND with the Bavarian Brass
- Saturday, December 16 at 7:30 pm, a special joint concert with BOSAYA

Birding by the River @ Wenatchee River Institute
Wenatchee River Institute 347 Division Street, WA, United StatesGo birding with knowledgeable WRI staff around the WRI campus! All birding skill levels are welcome. Need binoculars? We have loaner binoculars that you can borrow.
This is a great opportunity to learn about eBird, the largest biodiversity-related community science project in the world, and utilize it to record our observations of local wild birds. Total walking distance is ½ mile, over a gravel path with two moderate hills. Come prepared for the weather. These walks will happen on the second Wednesday of each month for the whole year. Join us for as many as you can!
Trail difficulty level: beginner level
Trail is wide enough for ADA access, but trails are gravel
Meet outside the River Haus at 8am and plan to be finished by 9:30am. This is a FREE event and no registration is needed.
