Join us for another amazing cooking class with chef Joe Fish.

Couples and non couples, come on down to the winery for a date night and learn to prepare a Filet and Scallop Dinner with Chef Joe Fish. Plump Sea Scallops are pan seared and presented on top of a Green Salad with the Château Faire Le Pont Vinaigrette. Center cut Filet Mignon Steak is sauteed with a Red Wine Reduction Sauce and served with a Garlic Faced Baked Potato and bright Green Broccoli. Chef Joe will assist in demonstrating all of these as the students prepare the same dishes.

Join us every Saturday for an hour of zen to relax, rejuvenate, and renew for the weekend! Our instructor will base the class on your needs and lead you through a practice to focus on the things you are looking for this week.
Registration begins at 9:30am in the resort lobby area where you check-in, pay and get your card punched. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps but you are welcome to bring your own. $16 for off-site guests and $10 for resort guests, collect 5 punches on your card and get your 6th class free!

Make sure to dress in warm layers.

All skill levels are welcome, with snowshoes, gaiters and poles provided.

This fun, informative, guided snowshoe trek leaves from the Mission Ridge Base Area and heads up to the Midway Lodge. Each trek’s pace fits the group’s interests and abilities. Great for first-time snowshoers and those looking for a unique, non-skiing, on-snow experience. Twilight Snowshoe Treks are approximately 1.5 miles long, with an elevation gain of roughly 550 feet, and take around 2 hrs.

Suggested Gear: Boots that fit well and offer good ankle support, goggles, gloves, a winter hat, coat, snow pants & headlamp.

Creature Comforts if you have them: backpack, gaiters, and facemask.

Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!

Come to the Boulder Bend Glassworks studio and start your fusing workshop anytime between 10 am to 3 pm. No reservations required. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.

Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian.

For groups of 6 or more, please inquire regarding a private workshop.

Wednesday Wenatchee Birding

Go birding with knowledgeable WRI staff around Walla Walla Point Park and the Horan Natural Area in Wenatchee! All birding skill levels are welcome. Need binoculars? We have loaner binoculars that you can borrow.

Come prepared for the weather. This event will happen rain or shine!

Trail difficulty level: beginner level (2 miles)
Trail is wide enough for ADA access, but trails are mostly gravel and compact earth.
Meet in the north parking lot of Walla Walla Point Park at 7:30am. The plan is to finish by 9:30am.

Fly Tying Workshop Series @ Wenatchee River Institute

Come learn the basics of fly tying to make you successful as you fish our local rivers! There is nothing like catching a fish with a fly you hand tied!

Enjoy small group instruction provided by the Wenatchee Valley Fly Fishers and volunteers.Each student will walk away with an understanding of beginning fly tying techniques, including the use of tools and various fly-tying materials enabling independent tying of diverse patterns. All materials and tools are provided, and students will leave with 6-8 flies to get started on fishing adventures!

PRICE: $75, non-member, $60- WRI member. Each ticket includes all five nights.
