Leavenworth’s beloved Village Art in the Park opens Friday, May 2, for its 59th season as Washington’s longest-running open-air juried art show. Held every weekend through October in downtown Leavenworth’s Front Street Park, the show features more than 50 rotating artists throughout the season, offering a fresh and vibrant selection of fine art, jewelry, sculpture, woodwork, photography, and more.
May 31st to June 1st, Middle & High School Art Students will have their creations for sale! Come to the Park. Encourage budding artists.
Leavenworth Village Art in the Park is a non-profit organization committed to supporting Arts education in our region by providing grants to local schools and awarding tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships to students pursuing careers in the arts. Free and open to the public, it’s a perfect way to enjoy art and support the creative community.
Join us at the Spring Mountain Market, a vibrant celebration of local craftsmanship and community! Enjoy free admission and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Browse a variety of local vendors offering unique goods, and treat yourself to delicious lunch options and espresso drinks available for purchase. This indoor-outdoor event welcomes everyone—near or far—to come as you are and support our talented local makers. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas of the event but must remain leashed at all times. Note: Vendor lineup may vary.

Find your weekend zen with us! Our instructor will base the class on your needs and lead you through a practice to focus on the things you are looking for this week.
Registration begins at 9:30am in the resort lobby area where you check-in, pay and get your card punched. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps but you are welcome to bring your own. $16 for off-site guests and $10 for resort guests, collect 5 punches on your card and get your 6th class free!

Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!
Come to the Boulder Bend Glassworks studio and start your fusing workshop anytime between 10 am to 3 pm. No reservations required. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.
Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian.
For groups of 6 or more, please inquire regarding a private workshop.

Learn about the environmental, economic, and health benefits of composting and how to get started with drop-off or home copmosting. Chelan County Master Gardener and Master Composter Mark Kulaas will answer questions about composting for home gardens.
We’ve been doing Maifest right since 1971! This weekend will fill your entertainment card right up with Maipole dancing, Bavarian music, our annual Festzug (or Grand March) where town folk dress in their Bavarian best to welcome you to town and includes the Bernese Mountain dogs, and so much more! We love our Bavarian traditions and this weekend is full of them.
