The Village of Lights continues! Our famous Christmas lights are on every day from approximately 6 am – 11 pm.
Come join us this January for Leavenworth’s Winter Karneval as we honor a German tradition dating back to the thirteenth century, commonly called ‘Fasching’. You can expect to see a blend of familiar activities, like ice carving and fireworks over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, along with new entertainment spread throughout the month, making Leavenworth the perfect winter destination all month long.

Nic Allen is a solo acoustic artist who currently resides in Leavenworth Washington. Nic brings a Southern influence into soulful song renditions and original music throughout the state of Washington and the PNW. He predominantly gravitates toward blues rock and country.

Join us every Saturday for an hour of zen to relax, rejuvenate, and renew for the weekend! Our instructor will base the class on your needs and lead you through a practice to focus on the things you are looking for this week.
Registration begins at 9:30am in the resort lobby area where you check-in, pay and get your card punched. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps but you are welcome to bring your own. $16 for off-site guests and $10 for resort guests, collect 5 punches on your card and get your 6th class free!

Wenatchee River Institute and Faith Lutheran Church are marking Dia de los Reyes on January 6th to celebrate an important cultural event in the Leavenworth area. The event kicks off at noon with a Snowshoe Stroll, then a hot pozole lunch before coming together in the Red Barn for sharing family stories about Dia de Los Reyes, musical performance.
The event will be bilingual.
Head out on a PNW snowshoe adventure with the Wood Family- through our vineyards and orchards, while taking in the views and magical scenes of a Winter Wonderland! On this wine journey at Icicle Ridge Winery, you will enjoy a casual snowshoe hike, homemade Gluhwein (Hot-Spiced Wine), a Welcome Home bonfire, locally catered meal with the family, a special winter feature….and of course your favorite IRW Wines to pair! Design your own glass fusing in a variety of shapes using colorful hand-pulled cane and murrine made at our studio. No plate glass used here!
The workshop is available 10 am to 3 pm. Generally, participants take 40 to 90 minutes to design their glass piece.
Available for ages 7 and up. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian.
