The basic overview of LIAC: There are three main venues for the festival: the Festhalle, Grange Hall, and the Gazebo.
The Festhalle will be used for the competition, concerts, and vendor displays in the foyer.
The Grange Hall will be used as the education center. It has two floors…the upper floor will have a performance space for all levels of performers; we will offer workshops, CD sales, sheet music sales, other vendor displays. The lower level will be used for workshops and free accordion lessons.
The Gazebo is a great place to perform outdoors for tourists and accordion friends. In late afternoon on Friday and Saturday, the Gazebo Ensemble will perform. For information on the Gazebo Ensemble, go to Performances/Gazebo Schedule on this website.

Erin McNamee:
Singer-songwriter/ vocal artist Erin McNamee is a Stevens Pass local and a fixture in Pacific NW music venues. With guitar and vocal stylings that are soulful, rustic, and deep, she brings a brilliant quality to her songs. Her specialties are Americana, Roots, Country, and Celtic. She’s currently recording her 3rd studio album. Erin has a Bachelor of Music degree from Seattle’s Cornish College of the Arts. She’s celebrating her 20th year in music education, teaching voice, guitar ukulele, and piano. Erin gigs regionally throughout the year in Washington State.

Get inspired by the amazing artists at the outdoor market, then join us for a short walk down to the river and take some creative time for yourself. Join the Wenatchee River Institute for this free program suitable for children and adults!

Join Wenatchee River Institute, in partnership with Leavenworth Outdoor Center, on a relaxing evening paddle down the Wenatchee River. This is a guided trip that will introduce you to the plants (flora) and animals (fauna) of our diverse river area (riparian zone). You will learn how to be a better observer of nature and be introduced to river safety and navigation. This is a great way to build your nature skills and confidence on the river.
Limit – 10 participants – registration required
Included – Kayak or paddle board, Life vest (PFD), transportation from WRI
Difficulty level – Beginner to intermediate, recommended you have basic swimming ability.
Ages – 8 and older, an adult must accompany anyone 15 and younger.
Accessibility – Tandem kayaks are available.
Enjoy amazing live music this summer, starting the last weekend in June. We have reserved the stage here on the lawn for Friday nights. You will hear a little bit of everything this summer. From smooth jazz, folk and rock…there will be something to delight your musical soul. There is no cover, just come and hang out.
