Each winter, Leavenworth glows with over half a million lights from 6 AM–11 PM daily, Thanksgiving through February. Free to enjoy, this Bavarian snow-globe scene is magical anytime—though January and February offer quieter, snow-dusted strolls.

Synopsis: After accidentally falling into Santa Claus’ gift sack, a human baby is raised at the North Pole, growing up to believe he is an elf. Due to his large size, the “elf” causes chaos in Santa’s workshop, forcing Kris Kringle to send him on a mission to find his human roots.

About the Video

Local Leavenworth artists came together to share a heartfelt Christmas wish from Christmastown, the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, WA. Produced by Howell at the Moon Productions, with music and lyrics by Eric Link, the video showcases beloved local performers including Seth Garrido, Beth Whitney, Erin McNamee, Corban Welter, Aaron Fishburn, Aaron Gibbs, Todd Smith, and Janet Mano (with a special Alphorn appearance!).

Recorded at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts and filmed at iconic locations around town, this piece is a true community carol and a celebration of the spirit of Leavenworth!

The Concert

This concert will also feature local groups like The Leavenworth Village Voices, Marlin Handbell Ringers, and our Cascade School kids.

The Jewel Tones are an all-female, Motown-inspired vocal trio who perform hits by The Supremes, The Jackson 5, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Stevie Wonder and many more. These ladies deliver sparkling personality, stellar vocals, fun choreography, and a classic 1960’s look. Fronted by international comedian Manuela Horn, this high-energy trio combines powerhouse vocals, playful humor, and clever holiday parodies into one glitter-filled celebration.

Pose for pictures with Santa, marvel at the gingerbread house competition, and browse Christmastown merchandise for the perfect gift—with free gift wrapping. Treat yourself to tasty snacks, soak in the festive décor, and enjoy a warm, magical escape from the winter chill.

At the heart of Christmastown, the downtown Gazebo bursts with holiday magic. Under a canopy of more than half a million twinkling lights, enjoy free live music, strolling carolers, and cheerful performances throughout the season. Santa, Mrs. Claus, and a cast of beloved Christmas characters mingle with visitors, spreading joy and posing for photos. With music in the air, lights all around, and festive spirit at every turn, the Gazebo is where the magic of Leavenworth truly shines.
