During this workshop you’ll have the opportunity to choose and create your own unique glass piece(s) under the guidance of Craig or Jori. Each participant will enjoy a hands-on experience in the hot shop, witnessing the transformation of molten glass into a stunning work of art.
Book multiple sessions and bring friends or family to share in the fun of glassblowing. We offer this interactive experience most Saturdays, with approximately 60-90 minute sessions for 1-2 participants available throughout the day. The project choices will change every few months with the holidays and seasons. Minimum age 14.

There’s something special about welcoming the new year beneath the winter sky and gathering together inside the Salmon Gallery. Join us on Wednesday, December 31, from 10pm-12:15am for a festive New Year’s Eve celebration featuring live music from Free Rain, dancing, light bites, a bubbles toast, and a midnight balloon drop.
This celebration is complimentary for resort guests and $20 for non-resort guests.
The Village of Lights continues! Our famous Christmas lights are on every day from approximately 6 am – 11 pm.
Come join us this January for Leavenworth’s Winter Karneval as we honor a German tradition dating back to the thirteenth century, commonly referred to as ‘Fasching’. You can expect to see a blend of familiar activities, like ice carving and fireworks over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, along with new entertainment that will be spread out during the rest of the month, making Leavenworth the perfect winter destination all month long.

Kevin Jones is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer/songwriter
He performs solo, duo, trio, and with The Kevin Jones Band and sits in with some of the finest musicians in the world today. Kevin is a touring musician and has shared stages or opened shows with national acts such as John Hiatt, Little Feat, Roseanne Cash, Jonny Lang, English Beat, Bruce Cockburn, Joan Baez, Laura Love, Marc Cohn, Michael Tomlinson, & Catie Curtis.

Find your weekend zen with us! Our instructor will base the class on your needs and lead you through a practice to focus on the things you are looking for this week.
Registration begins at 9:30am in the resort lobby area where you check-in, pay and get your card punched. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps but you are welcome to bring your own. $16 for off-site guests and $10 for resort guests, collect 5 punches on your card and get your 6th class free!
Build your own custom cribbage board at NCW Woodshop! Choose hardwood stock, glue up your board, drill 120 peg holes, and learn sanding and finishing skills. Sip, socialize, and leave with a handmade board—complete with pegs and ready for game night.
Dia de los Reyes celebrates the cultural tradition found across Latin America that symbolizes the end of Christmas. We wil enjoy traditional Mexican foods, guided nature walks at Wenatchee River Institutes campus, gifts for children, dance and musical performances, and storytelling. We hope participants will leave inspired to continue to get to know, care for, and celebrate the diverse social and natural aspects of our communities.
