    The Leavenworth Alphorns are a beloved part of the town’s Bavarian charm, performing regularly throughout the year. You can catch their distinctive, echoing tones at festivals, civic events, and the popular Saturday Serenades held from May through September.

    AlpenFolk brings the spirit of the Alps to life with authentic instruments, traditional singing, and lively yodeling. Their performances capture the true essence of alpine music—played just as it is today in the rustic inns, village squares, and mountain chalets of Bavaria, Tyrol, Styria, and beyond.

  • Kairos Quartet Festival Artist Concert 2

    Kairos Quartet featuring internationally acclaimed pianist, Dr. Stephen Beus will be kicking off this year’s Chamber Music Festival at ICCA. The Kairos Quartet has been a staple of classical music at ICCA since its inception and this is sure to be a concert chamber and classical music lovers do not want to miss. This is the second of 2 faculty concerts with The Kairos Chamber Music Immersive and the second of a series of 5 concerts total over the course of the Chamber Music Festival.

    A bluegrass musical, written by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell

    A young writer in 1940s North Carolina uncovers a heartbreaking 1920s love story involving a literary editor, a forbidden romance, and a tragic loss – all told through soaring bluegrass melodies that evoke redemption and healing.

    Performances: July 28, 31; Aug. 6, 8, 11, 14, 18, 22, 28

    Performances begin at 8pm, with the venue opening 1 hour prior to showtime.

    Directed by Dr. Emily Rollie, with a 2.5-hour running time, including a 15-minute intermission.

    Performed at our scenic Ski Hill Amphitheater

  • Summer Strings Student Showcase

    Snowy Owl Theater at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts 7409 Icicle Road, Leavenworth, WA, United States

    This concert is the culmination of our Summer Strings Camp program that offers students a non-audition, intensive, and comprehensive opportunity for strings players going into 6th-12th grades. They spend a week rehearsing and performing in chamber groups with a focus on fundamentals, classical repertoire, lessons, and masterclasses with faculty on our beautiful campus.

    This concert is the fifth and final concert offered in our Chamber Music Festival.
